  • Birth to 18 Months
    • Early Childhood
      • Gain the abilities to catch, throw and kick a ball.
      • Develop the control and coordination to be able to run, skip, hop, jump etc.
      • Have the muscle and ability to do sports such as football, swimming or gymnastics.
    • As children grow up they gain the strength to hold their head up and to sit up alone.
    • Able to crawl or walk upstairs while holding onto the railing or a hand
    • Use toys/furniture to hold themselves up on as they begin to walk & are able to push/pull toys
