- Check they can breath, put them in recovery position, keep checking their airways are clear

- RESPONSE- Try to get a response by shaking their shoulder and asking if they're okay
- AIRWAY- Open casualties airway by placing your fingers under their chin and lifting it forward
- BREATHING- If there are no signs of breathing start CPR
- CIRCULATION- Check for bleeding, protect yourself from blood or hazards, try to bandage any wounds
