  • EXTERNAL  SOVEREIGNTY
    • This is also referred to as STATE SOVEREIGNTY
    • This is the capacity of the state to act independently and autonomously on the world stage.
    • States are legally equal and that the territorial integrity and political independence of the state is inviolable.
    • The outer shell of the 'ball' (State) is external.
      • Meaning others should not intervene.
