      • Vasodilation, Blood vessels close to the skin increase so more blood can reach the surface and loose heat.
      • Sweat glands produce sweat, sweat evaporates with the heat on your skin.
    • Too Cold
      • Vaso constriction , blood vessels close to the skin's surface get smaller, less heat is lost through the blood.
      • Shivering, Muscles contract rapidly, rate of respiration increases and warms the tissue surrounding the muscles.
