It is important to find the right collaboration system for your whole staff to use. The oldest recognised benefit of video conferencing is reduced travel time and expenses. As a result of improved communications, participants are more in sync, decisions are able to be made faster, and productivity increases. I am using Zoom app which is recognize the most popular and useful app for online meeting and webinars .I like to use Zoom because during conversations, there’s a text chat box where I can hold side conversations and share links. It is very important tool for me and it's indispensable program
