    • The benefits of market  segmentation is that Businesses can see what segment their customers are in and they could make a product to suit the needs of the certain groups of customers.
    • The methods of market research are surveys, focus groups, observations and interviews. This is useful to businesses because they can see if people would buy their product before wasting money to sell it and no one would buy it. It can also be useful to help development in  product because it can show business what customers like about their product and what they dont like about their product so they know what features to keep and which ones to remove.
