  • A NEW WORLD DISORDER
    • This is where some DIMISS new WORLD ORDER
    • They dismiss the new world order because the CW kept states, IDEOLOGICAL TENSION under CONTROL
      • This is because the CW MAINTAINED an imagr of INTERNAL THREAT, promoting COHEOPN & IDENTITY
        • Once the CW had ENDED, REGIONAL & ETHNIC CONFLICTS in Eastern Europe BROKE OUT
          • A NEW WORLD DISORDER

                • Once the CW had ENDED, REGIONAL & ETHNIC CONFLICTS in Eastern Europe BROKE OUT
              • E.g. PROLONGED bloodshed in the 1990s amongst the SERBS, CROATS & MUSLIMS in former Yugoslavia & the WAR by RUSSIA & CHECHNYA in 1994
                • Therefore there was NOT a NEW WORLD ORDER, as we saw SERBIA commit GENOCIDE using POLICIES that were SIMILAR to WW2
                  • This means the CW did NOT do much but CAUSE MORE TENSION
                • The END of the CW was the COLLAPSE of the SU as the challenger of the USA
                  • This RESULTED in UNIPOLARITY- LIBERAL MOVEMENT & new status of the USA
