Having too little protein I'm the diet can cause a disease called Kwashiorkor. This is more common in developing countries due to overpopulation and lack of money to improve agriculture.

It can be affected by body mass, age, pregnancy or breast feeding.

What are first and second class proteins?
First class proteins are proteins from fish and meat, they contain essential amino acids that cannot be made by the human body, second class proteins are things such as plants, which do not contain all the essential proteins.
