Induction which are seminars which last about 3-5 days, and can also be assigned a mentor who is of high experience to support them in the first few years

What happens after this?
Continuing education, specialist training

What additional measures are taken in terms of training aspects?
After a recorder has completed their training, a Circuit Judge will make a written report to the Lord Chancellor about whether he thinks they are ready to sit and hear cases,
