Food Aid: programme Food Aid- provided to government who sell to farmers. Relief Food Aid- deliver directly to those in crisis. Project Food Aid- long-term plan targeting specific groups

Aid workers had to stop due to danger. Programme food aid: boosts national economy, but may be tied aid. Relief food aid- only short-term. Also: increases dependancy on other countries, High transport costs, poor food quality, bad for local farmers
