This theory by Bandura accepts that we learn from experience, however it also suggested that we learn from observation and imitation.

Advantages
Explains cultural differences, allows free will and acknowledges that humans store informations of others to make judgements on when it's appropriate to perform actions.

Disadvantages
Lab studies are artificial and have demand characteristics. Doesn't consider biological and hormonal factors.
