Autoimmune disease. Chronic inflammation of tear and saliva glands
• Types: Primary and Secondary
Secondary associated with: rheumatoid arthritis, systemic lupus erythematosus, PBC and MCTD

- Require serological markers (antibodies)

- Positive labial gland biopsy
