Reform the offenders behaviour

What kind of sentence?
Community orders and individualised sentences, if the defendant has MH issues it is likely they could be sent to a rehab facility

Protection of the public
Offender is made incapable of recommitting the crime, putting the safety of the public before the needs of the defendant

Much longer prison sentences/ life imprisonment without the access to use bail/ freed on good behaviour, tagging, banning orders

Reparation
Compensate and repay the victim

Compensation orders, unpaid work, reparation schemes, fines, court issues fees directly to the claimant through compensation

Denunciation
Society expressing its disapproval, supposed to "denunciate" the crime

sentence that reflects blameworthiness of the offence, such as community order or sentences of a somewhat humiliating nature
