a short summary of the research that includes stuff like aims, hypothesis, etc
important as it's the first thing that ppl read

justifying why you're conducting this investigation, does research like this exist? so you conduct a literature review, where you find all the info you can about the area of research first

whats in the the methods?
-design ie experimental design, IV/DV,
-sample- who made up sample and sample method
-materials- equipment and materials used
-procedure- instructions so others can replicate

all numerical information calculated ie tables, graphs %, descriptive statistics, measures of central tendency, p-value

any sources or information you used to do your research, placed by;
