A researcher is studying social learning in birds. She needs to isolate her animals so they can't learn from one another. Her choices are robins(not social animals) or sparrows(social animals). Which should she choose and why?
Robins because they are not social animals which means they are used to being on their own. This means time alone will not distress them. Whereas the robins, being alone could cause distress because they are used to being in a group.
