2 continental plate. Move apart from each other. Earthquakes friction moving over mantle. Eruptions. Cracks under ground called Fissures.

Oceanic and Continental Crust. Oceanic subducts denser. Friction between two plates causes Earthquakes. Land on the edge of Continental Crust is compressed to form Fold Mountains.
