Massed because the repetitive practice will create a schema and a new motor programme. Fixed as is is most realistic, whole part whole so the learner can see how it looks, learn each part and then perform as a whole to make is continuous

Visual guidance would be a demonstration of a golf shot, verbal would be to give feedbak/advice on how to perform a golf shot. Manual would be to hold the performers hands and show him the correct golf swing. Mechanical, using an external machine
