Tough, rounded, elastic fibre attaching bone to bone at a joint (stabiliser)

Found in the synovial joint to lubricate the joint

Pressure or impacy buckles or bends a bone but only partially breaks it

An incomplete fracture of the bone which is usually caused by unusual repeated stress

What is a strain?
A soft tissue injury caused by the overstreching of the muscle.

What is a sprain?
Is a sft tissue unjury caused by the ancle of wrist joint twisting suddenly. It can tear ligaments at a joint and is extremly painful

Rest, Ice, Compression and Elevation
