*KEY CONCEPT*Information Processing: An approach which describes the flow of information through the memory system, it says it's processed in stages.

*KEY CONCEPT*Availability: A problem which causes forgetting, you can't remember because the memory no longer exists. Accessibility: A problem that causes forgetting, the memory still exists but it can't be retrieved.
