νῦν δ᾽ ἐχθρὰ πάντα, καὶ νοσεῖ τὰ φίλτατα.
But now all is enmity, and what is dearest to her is diseased/sick.

προδοὺς γὰρ αὑτοῦ τέκνα δεσπότιν τ᾽ ἐμὴν γάμοις Ἰάσων βασιλικοῖς εὐνάζεται, γήμας Κρέοντος παῖδ᾽, ὃς αἰσυμνᾷ χθονός.
For Jason, having betrayed his own children and my mistress, sleeps with a royal wife, since e took as a wife the daughter of Creon, who rules over this land.

Μήδεια δ᾽ ἡ δύστηνος ἠτιμασμένη βοᾷ μὲν ὅρκους, ἀνακαλεῖ δὲ δεξιᾶς πίστιν μεγίστην, καὶ θεοὺς μαρτύρεται οἵας ἀμοιβῆς ἐξ Ἰάσονος κυρεῖ.
Wretched Medea, he one having been cast aside, cries aloud on his oaths, while ,akin an appeal to the mighty pledge of his sworn right hand, and calls upon the gods to witness the unjust return she is getting from Jason.

κεῖται δ᾽ ἄσιτος, σῶμ᾽ ὑφεῖσ᾽ ἀλγηδόσιν,
She lies fasting, giving her body up to suffering,

τὸν πάντα συντήκουσα δακρύοις χρόνον ἐπεὶ πρὸς ἀνδρὸς ᾔσθετ᾽ ἠδικημένη,
Wasting away in tears all the time ever since she learned/ perceived that she had been wronged at the hands of her husband,

οὔτ᾽ ὄμμ᾽ ἐπαίρουσ᾽ οὔτ᾽ ἀπαλλάσσουσα γῆς πρόσωπον: ὡς δὲ πέτρος ἢ θαλάσσιος κλύδων ἀκούει νουθετουμένη φίλων,
neither lifting her face nor taking her eyes from the ground. She is as deaf to the advice of her friends as a stone or a wave of the sea:

ἢν μή ποτε στρέψασα πάλλευκον δέρην αὐτὴ πρὸς αὑτὴν πατέρ᾽ ἀποιμώξῃ φίλον
she is silent unless perchance to turn her snow-white neck and weep to herself for her dear father and her country and her ancestral house.

καὶ γαῖαν οἴκους θ᾽, οὓς προδοῦσ᾽ ἀφίκετο μετ᾽ ἀνδρὸς ὅς σφε νῦν ἀτιμάσας ἔχει.
and weep to herself for her dear father and her country and her ancestral house. All these she abandoned when she came here with a man who has now cast her aside.
