What is homeostasis?
The controlling of an organisms internal environment

What is osmoregulation?
The balancing of water content in the blood

What is thermoregulation?
The control of heat produced in the body

What is the nephron?
A tubular structure used to reabsorb neccesaties back into the blood stream

What are the parts of the nephron?
Glomerolous, Bowman's Capsuale, 1st coiled tube, loop of henle, 2nd coiled tube and the collecting duct

What is the function of the glomerolous?
To filter smaller molecules though into the nephron for reabsorbtion (the larger molecules are collected in the glomeroulous)

What is vasodilation?
The dilation of blood vessels, decreases blood pressure (expansion)

What is vasoconstriction?
The constriction of blood vessels, and increase in blood pressure (contraction)
