What is Protein?
A macronutrient. It is made up of amino acids.

Low Biological Vlaue Proteins. Foods that are missing a few of the essential amino acids. NUTS, SEEDS, CEREALS

Eating two or more LBV protein foods together to give you all the essential amono acids.
