A fact is a statement that can be proven true.
We can determine whether it is true by researching the evidence

Opinion
An opinion is an expression of a persons feelings that cannot be proven. Opinions can be based on facts or emotions.
An opinion is potentially changeable--depending on how the evidence is interpreted.

Belief
Unlike an opinion, a belief is a conviction based on cultural or personal faith, morality, or values. A belief is…something you think is true but cannot prove. Belief a strongly held conviction which requires an element of faith.

Faith = ( Belief + Action + Confidence ) Faith is the confident belief in the truth or trustworthiness of a person.
