What are sinusoids?
An area where blood from the hepatic artery and hepatic portal vein is mixed in spaces called sinusoids. Sinusoids are lined by liver cells.

Hepatocytes or hepatic cells.

What are Kupffer cells? What do they do?
Kupffer cells engulf. phagocytose foreign particles or an old red blood cells that is the cells encounter. They are macrophages.

To secrete bile, from the breakdown of blood, into spaces called canaliculi.

They drain into the bile ducts.
