What is the induced fit theory
The enzyme's active site is of a similar shape to the substrate, however not completely the same. When the substrate moves into the active site it changes slight to have a more complimentary fit.

How is it different from the lock and key theory
Instead of the active site being completely complimentary to the substrate (lock and key) it has to change slightly.

What are coezymes
Organic substances that bind to the active site before or during the substrate binds. They are changed during the reaction but afterwards go back to their normal shape. Prosthetic groups are coenzymes

What are cofactors
Inorganic substances that bind to the enzyme changing the charge so they alter the shape of the active site making it a better fit

Difference between competitive inhibitors and non-competitive inhibitors
Competitive fight with the substrates for the active site. If they're in the substrate can't get in. Non-competitive will attach anywhere but the active site. They alter the 3D shape so the active site changes so the substrate doesn't fit.
