Introduction

1. Im here to talk about mental health and the stigma that is associated with it and why we should talk about mental health. 2. Mental health is something that is felt worldwide and this is why it needs to be talked about.

1. The point of this presentation is to help open your eyes to the reality of mental health and look away and discourage the negative and prejudice stereotypes that have been around for generations. We can make a change.

People with menatl health struggle everyday and small tasks such as getting out of bed or paying a bill could become the biggests tasks of the day. 2. people put this down to laziness. 3. People dont get help because of the stigma and fear it makes.

1 in 4 people suffer from meanatl health. This is nearly 15million in the uk alone. in a school of 1300 135 will suffer from a child. 235 experienced in their life.

level playing field it effects everyone no matter race gender age. You can never truly tell if someone has a menatl health issue.
