Schizophrenia is a cluster of symptoms, some of which appear to be unrelated.

The two major symptoms for being classified are the ICD-10 and the DSM-5.

How do the ICD-10 and DSM-5 classifications differ?
Example:
In the DSM-5 system one of the positive symptoms such as: delusions, hallucinations or speech disorganisation must be present for diagnosis.
Whereas two or more negative symptoms are sufficient under ICD.

Paranoid schizophrenia
Hebephrenic schizophrenia
Catatonic schizophrenia
