what does politics mean? an example
The process by which indiviuals and groups with diffrent interests and values make collectve decisions.. The example is everyone accepting the rule of law.

What does Rule of law mean, and examples.
The rule of law states that all citizens and visitors to a country accept the law created by that country and obey them; even if they disagree with some. an example is accepting that if you drive over 80mph on the motorway you can get a fine.

Accepting the right of others to make decisions on your behalf. an example is voting for labour but getting a conservatives governement.

A set of institutions that excersise authority over a country. an example being the supreme court and the houses of parliment.

The freedom to choose your polical authority and the freedom to express your own opiions without threat of arrest. example:elections

Someone who is appointed to serve in the house of lords in order to provide better laws and scruntiny. An example is Sebastian Coe and Alan Sugar.

The leader of the government. In Britain they are also the leader of their party . An example is Harold Wilson and Clement Atlee.

They are responsible for enforcing the laws of a state. An example is income tax allowance rising to £10,000 under the coalition.
