Cardiovascular endurance is the ability of the heart and lungs to pump blood and oxygen to the body. The test is the multistage fitness test (Bleep Test).

Muscular endurance is the ability to use voluntary muscles continously without tiring. The test for this is the abdominal curl test.

Muscular strength is the ability to exert force against a resistance. The test for this is the handgrip dynamometer test.
