When an individual/business believe that their rights have been infringed

Law of Tort, Contract Law, Family Law, Employment Law, Company Law

What is the Small Claim Track?
A track the defendant would have to take if their dispute is under £5000, although when dealing with personal injury and housing it would be under £1000. This case would be heard in the county court.

What is the allocation form?
The decision of which track you will take, this decision will be made by the District Judge (County Court) or the Master (High Court)

What is the Fast Track?
This is the track a defendant would take if the dispute is betwenn £5,000 - £25,000

What is the Multi Track?
This is the track the defendant would take if their dispute was over £25,000, this would be the track where you can chose to go to the High Court or the County Court.
