Substance from Tobacco smoke can damage the artery linning-Fat builds up in the artery wall at the site of damage making artery narrower-A blood clot may block artery and break off another artery in the body causing a heart attack or stroke

Increase the risk of Cardiovascular disease

More exercise or give up smoking then patient will be given medicine to reduce it

By inserting a small mesh tube(stent) at the narrowest part of the to hold it open

By inserting other blood vessels so that the heart tissue is supplied with oxygen and nutrients again
