Eddie doesn't understand about not having a job because he hasn't had to worry about it because his parents have a lot of money so they can support him even though he doesn't have a job. he will never know what it is like to be poor.

Eddie doesn't understand that getting money from someone and not earning it is taking away Mickeys' pride.
