What does obese mean?
Very overweight, with a BMI over 30.

A person is overweight if their body carries excess fat and their BMI is between 25 and 30.

Arthritis, type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure and heart disease.

Reduce energy intake and exercise more.

You can suffer from deficiency diseases and may find it difficult to walk due to lack of vitamins or minerals.

Exercise helps reduce weight and maintain health.

They make take in too much energy. They may have too little food. Particular nutrients may be missing from their diet.
