What adaptations may an organism have to allow it to survive in arctic conditions?
Small SA:V ratio. Insulation- blubber (thick layer of fat under skin), fur coat. Fat layer also provides a food supply during winter

What adaptations may an organism have to survive in dry conditions?
Large SA:V ratio to lose heat through skin. Thin fur and little body fat

Why is camoflauge so important?
So predators and prey can't see eachother easily
