God never changes, hence he is pure actuality; the movements of nature are inspired by the things of nature being drawn towards him

Cannot be matter because matter is merely potential and he cannot create movement by physical means, but does so by drawing things to himself

He doesn’t have any awareness of the world, he is disinterested
