Writing to Persuade:

Writing to persuade involves you telling someone your view on something. You must also remember to include an opposing view (but DISS IT!!!).

You also need to include the following techniques:

  • Emotive language (Elephants)
  • Exaggeration (Eat)
  • Imagery (Indigo)
  • Bias

whats the difference between writing to persuade and writing to argue? i have the exam tomorrow aswell :/

Well, persuade is making someone believe what you say and argue is telling you your view and yeah :D
