P.U.P (Prussian Union Plan): Erfurt Union:
- following the 1848 revolutions, Austria had regained power - Metternich's fall, dealing with other country's revolts
- Prussia didn't like this
- in 1849 General Radowitz proposed a Prussian Union Plan that would oppose the Diet
