Water is the worlds most important and vital resource.

  • However it is unequally distribute as much of the worlds water is locked up in ice sheets and the largest distribution in in the tropics and the temperate regions.
  • Water stress is higher among the eastern areas and deserts in Africa. Most people in the desert have to try and obtain water through dams or aquifers.
