Can’t understand the nature of God:

• Transcendent-beyond time and space

• Christians do not agree on God’s nature so by definition it cannot be understood

• God is beyond human understanding

• God is believed to be part of the trinity but Christians only believe in one God so it is difficult to believe

• The Nicene Creed describes God as all three parts of the trinity but it is difficult to understand as he is also only one

• The resurrection is difficult to believe if God is one

• The problem of evil makes it difficult for people to understand the nature of God

• It is difficult to understand the nature of God being omnibenevolent when he judges people and sends them to hell
