Situation Ethics: 

Joseph Fletcher's midway between legalistic ( using prefabricated, inflexible moral rules & regulations) and antinomian (spontaneous and unprincipled) ethics.

It judges with ethics, rules and principles- but sets these aside if it serves love better.
