In the mouth there's two types of digestion: mechanical and chemical. The mechanical is basically just chewing. The chemical is the use of the enzyme amylase which secretes saliva from salivary glands.

The mechinal digestion in the stomach, there is when the muscles relax and contract, and also when it churns the food. The chemical digestion includs containing HCl and has the enzyme, protease (pepsin).

The small intestine has chemical digestion which has the enzymes of protease, carbohydrase and lipase.

The pancreas secretes all types of enzymes into the small intestine.
