Types of reliability
Researcher reliability - the extent to which a researcher acts entirely consistently when gathering data. Also referred to as experimenter reliability, inter-observer and inter-rater reliability.
Internal reliability - refers to the consistency of the measures used in an investigation.
External reliability - refers to the consistency of a measure from one occasion to another.
