Poverty

The poor are said to be the people who have little money and due to it experience psychological challenges. They use all their money and cannot afford to save for the future. Moreover, it has become a challenge for them to provide for their families as they cannot meet the basic needs. They pursue the American dream of success, but they are not able to change their fate. The chapter relates to an idea of how Americans associate themselves with the life of the poor. People blame the poor for the conditions that they live in, but the harsh life makes them bear the poverty. The poor are exposed to difficult working conditions because they are not regarded as decent workers.
