Create as many folders as you like, Save files and folders from your PC, Share any of these folders with friends or colleagues, Upload photos and videos which will mean you can then save memory on your phone.

You may already be using these services if you have accounts like Gmail. This is a type of cloud service as google is hosting it and you are accessing your emails.
Other common cloud computing apps;
Google G suite - A collaboration tool, which uses applications like google docs.
Microsoft Office 365 / One Drive - A collaborative version of MS office.
Flickr - A photo sharing and hosting service
Apple Icloud - Photos, files, notes and more are saved automatically.
