Memory and Forgetting

Hypothesis: Participants will recall more words from the beginning and end of the word list.

Aim: Murdock wanted to investigate free recall and the effect on a person's memory.

Method: 

- Murdock gave participants a number of words to remember and then asked them to recall as many as possible, in any order, using a mehod called Free Recall.
