39 dutch participants aged 18-55

Had to interview applicants

Applicant was following a script and had to pass 32 multiple choice questions

Participants told the job required the ability to handle stress and needed to cause stress in the interview

Had to make 15 negative comments during testing:

"Your answer to number 9 is wrong"
