Internal mental processes e.g. memory, language, reasoning, problem solving, thinking and how they effect behaviour. The mind is like a compouter with inputs processing and outputs.

Developmental approach

Behavioural changes throughout a persons lifespan because of physical maturation and life experiences. Clearly identifable systematic changes in individuals behaviour from conseption to death.
