Just war- requirements for a just war before

The issue of going to war is one of the most controversial issues in the world as it can lead to enormous losses of human life an injustice. This has particular troubled philosophers thus the creation of a just war theory came along which was originally created by Augustine but as it troubled many other philosopher, Aquinas, Suarez, Vitoria and the UN have added to this.
