Human reproductive/sexual selection

AO1: Darwin- species evolve thru natural selection & sexual selection
         - competition for mates b/w individuals affect evolution of certain traits
         - any physical trait that enhances reproductive success will gradually be passed down   /enhanced over evolutionary time
        - Darwin: animals possess certain traits that make them seem attractive to opposite
           Sex and make them compete better
        - eg: male peacock's colourful tail.

Different sexual selection pressure occurs b/w genders due to diff in gametes
    - males: millions of sperm/never sure of paternity/suffer little cost to reproduction
