How successful was Hitlers economic policy?

Hitlers aims - Rearmament, Unemployment, Autarky, Mittlestand

Reduces unemployment- more people are employed, seems as though there is full unemployment, public work schemes, autobahns etc. conscription to the army, labour intensive, Hjalmar Shacht- New Plan, make their own products, increases tarriffs on products, women jews etc taken out of work, trade deals, self sufficiency doesnt go up, not effecient, people discluded from statistics.
